Foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga - 2hr Masterclass
This 2-hours class is designed for both practitioners who are completely new to the Ashtanga system who are curious about it, but never had the chance to try mysore style; or daily practitioners looking to either deepen or refresh their practice. It will explore the core poses of the Primary Series, leading with breath, alighment and options for modifiying poses including the use of props. For anyone with an interest in the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, we create a welcoming environment in which you can learn and explore. (Suggestion for at least 1 month practice in any kind of Yoga).
