Join for an OUTDOOR Ashtanga Guided Primary Series. I will guide students in the Ashtanga Guided Primary series, providing specific cues catered to individual students. The purpose of this class is to simply to hold space for our students of TYS/DCY/GTY, to practice in person safely, and to keep our community active. We would like to support each individual’s exploration of practice. Also, in this way, students can support the teachers and studios in this difficult time.
Notes on OUTDOOR Yoga offerings: If it rains, the class will be canceled. Cloth face coverings/masks are recommended in social distance. Spaces are limited. No hands-on assists or adjustments. BYOP (Bring your own props) Everyone is welcome.
