Road to Peaceful Self-Practice

In this weekend workshop, you will learn the poses and a set sequence based in the Ashtanga tradition. Across four modules, we'll explore Surya namaskar A & B (sun salutations), standing poses, forward bends / seated postures, backbends, inversions, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation.

Each student will learn how to use props, variations, and modifications to support their growth. With a bit of patience and effort, you can take small steps in building your creative potential and learn to encourage lightness in your practice.

At the end of the weekend, each student will leave with knowledge of how to practice a customized sequence on their own or in a studio. Like a retreat in the city, you'll have the chance to dive into an immersive experience, perhaps making new yoga friends along the way.
