VIRTUAL Ashtanga Basics

This class is to use the Ashtanga practice as a basis for learning how to build discipline, concentration, and a regular self-practice. The modifications and movements are given for students who may need additional help to work their way into each postures of the series.

This is for anyone who has been interested in Ashtanga Mysore style practice, and practitioners of the disciplines who like to learn more about this style of yoga in a warm, intimate and open-minded environment.
