This is an all-levels flow class, perfect for any level of experience. You'll learn to flow through meditative, breath-coordinated postures to help you feel inner harmony and serenity. Class will offer an active warm up, options for challenging practices as well as more restful ones, and a calming relaxation practice.
This class is totally free, but you'll be invited to donate directly to Christ House at the door when you arrive or leave.
All proceeds of this class will go directly to Christ House in support of their work offering health care to people identifying as men experiencing homelessness.
